APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR SESSION AT LEAST 48 TO 72 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. YOU CAN CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS, AFTER 48 HOURS YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50 PERCENT OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE. IF THE CANCELLATION FALLS WITHIN 24 HOURS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100 PERCENT OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE.
LATE POLICY:
IF YOU ARE MORE THAN FIFTEEN MINUTES LATE TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE AND WILL NEED TO PAY THE FULL AMOUT OF THE SERVICE TO BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE YOUR NEXT SERVICES.
CHILDREN & EXTRA GUESTS:
WE LOVE YOUR GUESTS & YOUR LITTLES, BUT DUE TO THE SMALL CAPACITY OF SPACE & SAFETY, WE KINDLY ASK NOT TO BRING YOUR CHILDREN OR EXTRA GUESTS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARE WITHOUT CHILDCARE WE ASK THAT YOU RESCHDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 48 HOURS TO AVOID ANY FEES. THIS POLICY ENSURES THAT YOU & OTHER GUESTS IN OUR SPACE HAVE A RELAXING AND SAFE EXPERIENCE AT THE SALON.
REFUND POLICY:
WE WANT TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR APPOINTMENT SO THAT I CAN TOUCH UP IF NEEDED.
KEEP IN MIND THAT A COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH UP WILL NOT TAKE PLACE IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND ABOUT THE COLOUR/ EXTENSION SERVICE -- IN THIS CASE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE MAY TAKE PLACE.
IN NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL A REFUND BE GIVEN.
WAIVER & AGREEMENT:
ALL GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER AND AGREEMENT. SOME GUESTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A STRAND TEST TO SEE IF A SERVICE IS POSSIBLE. YOU MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED TO DO A CONSULTATION BEFORE BOOKING
BY PROVIDING YOUR CREDIT CARD, AND OR DEPOSIT YOU AGREE TO THESE POLICIES.
